In the CSI: 3 Dimensions of Murder, where is the safe in the back office of the art gallery?

In the first case, there is supposed to be a safe to the right of my partner, but is it on the shelf, or what? I can not seem to find it anywhere. My little blue pointer shows that there is no sign of a safe.

"Gallery Office
Examine the notebook next to the plant. It seems to have a stain on it.
Use the Ultraviolet Tool on the notebook. Use the swab to collect a sample.
Examine the scissors in the center of the desk
Examine the paper shredder in the corner of the room by the door.
Use the latex gloves to collect the shredded paper.
Check out the safe inside the shelf to the right of the paper shredder.
Examine the bird statue and collect it with the latex gloves.
Examine the crate behind the bird pedestal.
Examine the table with the bottle and glasses on it.
Examine the odd substance on the table. Use the adhesive specimen mount to collect it. "
