Antelope Canyon?

I'm writing a story presently, and part of it is set in Anelope Canyon near Page Arizona. I have yet to visit there myself, and this makes it slightly more difficult, though possible from much research.
I am going to visit there in four months but was hoping to get some writing done on it before then.
So what I'm wondering, specifically, is could there be some place in either upper or lower Antelope Canyon where there could be some clue of a treasure hunt hidden? For example, any distinguishing rock features that may double as a sundial or something, or anywhere a Navajo treasure could be buried/hidden in the canyon floor or in some obscure niche in the wall or something?

Also, are there any Navajo gift shops VERY close to the canyon that sell crafts, etc?

Are there any petroglyps/rock art or maybe any permanent Navajo sandpaintings in the canyon or nearby?

Indeed are there any mysterious features in AC at all that stand out, apart from the obvious amazing colous and planes of the rock?

Anything at all that could point you in the direction of, say, a nearby Navajo store/gallery?

Was there last year and from what I remember, there were no stores close to the Canyon. We took a short drive from Page with a Navajo guide that told us about the history of the area.
Other than the brilliant colors there were several rock formations that resembled people if viewed from the correct angle...he pointed them out.
It was a beautiful place and would love to go back and spend more time.
There was an interesting piece of driftwood lodged in some overhead rocks that looked like a dead man.
