Is Toronto pretty?

I will be in Toronto, for a conference, on May 2 and May 3. Is there anything to do in Toronto? Any pretty places to visit -- parks, museums, art galleries, etc? I will have a rental car, so transportation is not an issue. I will have Friday night, Saturday night, and almost all of Sunday to look around.

You want pretty?
Allen Gardens at the corner of Carlton and (Jarvis?)
The Bluffs (in Scarborough), near Brimley/Kingston Road
Edwards Gardens at Leslie/Lawrence
Queen's Quay, right down at the waterfront, is pretty
Toronto Island (the residential part) is very pretty

Toronto itself isn't what I would call a pretty city, unlike Victoria B.C. for instance.

Go to the CN Tower, the ROM (Royal Ontario Museum), and shore of Lake Ontario.

Casa Loma is a neat place to visit. I love going there when I'm in Toronto.

have fun!!!!

You can go to the CN tower, or catch a basketball or hockey game !!!!

check out the CN Tower. Tallest structure in the world up until very recently.

If you're a hockey fan, the hockey hall of fame is downtown as is the Royal Ontario Museum and art gallery

Contrary to what one poster suggested you won't be able to see a hockey game because it will be the playoffs and the leafs will be golfing by then. Otherwise you can visit other parts of the city such as the Beaches which is pretty trendy, lots of theatre, concerts, museums, and other entertainemt in the city.

if you get a chance, you should go to this restaurant called ki. it's on bay st, has the best japanese food you will ever eat

Art is an actual picture. An illistration is like an outline. Decorative art is the same as art but with a lot of decorative objects like pictures and fruit and apples.
