How to start my buisness?

I am a very talented photographer. I have won several competitions. I want to start my own buisness but dont know how. Please give advice. Should I have an art gallery? I am only 15 but I am very serious about this and my parents support me 100%

Because you are not considered an adult until age 18, it might be hard for you to get a tax number from your state's internal revenue department. Perhaps your parents can get it in their name and agree with you that you receive whatever profit that you make.
You can run a business from home. With today's digital photography that would be easy. All you need is the right equipment to do it.
When applying for a tax number, you would need an authentic business name.
If you want to protect your photos from being pirated have your company name scripted somewhere on the photo. For more protection of your company name, register it with your state's secretary of the state.

You have to learn how to spell it before you can run it.

I would like to see you work as an assistant for a local photographer. This will give you two important skill sets. 1) learn how to run a photo business and 2) learn even more ways to use your eye and camera to produce even better and interesting images

You will need to get a business license (your parents will have to do this for you until you are 18), eventually.

I agree that you need to work with another professional long before you think about trying to start some kind of business.

Also, being successful in the photography business requires MUCH more than just being able to take good photos. You have to be excellent at marketing, selling, know how to run a business, and almost be something of a psychologist to understand human nature and how it relates to photography.

Here is a link to some people you REALLY need to get connected with LONG before you even start trying to get into business. They can teach you what NOT to do as much as what you do need to be doing in a photo business.
