I am desperate for a job in Art?

I graduated last May with a B.A. in Art History and a certificate of Arts Administration. Finished both within 4 years, and now it's March.... and I still don't have a job.

I am terribly passionate about art, and am beyond ready to be working in a gallery, for an art festival, art journal, anything! It seems that no one is hiring ever! I constantly reconnect with old job leads, or those that are hiring want someone with exorbitant amounts of sales experience, which I don't have.

Anyone have advice on finding Art Jobs? (In Minneapolis/St. Paul area)

Keep applying. Try doing volunteer work to gain experience and call the job placement service at the college and ask for help.
