There is this chick i like, does she like me back.?

There is this chick i see every other day. We get into conversations pretty well. Today she said that she's an artist, and that she drew this owl making the "how" sign, like indians do, and she named him "how" i know i'm not spelling it right, but that's how it sounds. Anyway, it was just alittle cute drawing she did, to make her cute i guess. She smiles all the time when she sees me, and i decided to tell her "We should chill sometime". She then says "i'm not too big on crowds of people" I then said "what do you like" she says "reading" she explains what kind of books, then i say "how bout we go to an art gallery or coffee shop". She says "ohh, i'll be too loud and hyper if i go" i think she is just making excuses. She doesn't really talk or smile at anyone but me. I'm thinking she does like me, but is afraid to chill. Do any of you girls act like this, if you like someone, or what is the deal with this, does she like me or not, or is she not ready to chill with me yet, or what?

hm...okay she obviously has a relationship with you...like ou are friends or brother sister kind of...she might be making excuses...but i think she is afraid she likes you but is scared of showing her emotions...she seems to take a liking in you...and enjoys your company...you should try and ask her out again...and see what she says...don't ask her to a huge thing...do what you did before and ask her...just like going to Starbucks on her break or before work...it's strange but us girls we need to be able to trust guys some of us are cautious while others are just out there....i think she is confused and that you need to take it one step at a time...
