Is this a date I have? |
After four months of a "secret" crush on my friend/co-worker, we have met up together at places in groups, and we see each other out often because we have a lot in common and frequent the same establishments. This Friday, I asked him if he was going to go see this art gallery (we were invited separately to an opening) and he said he was planning on going. I basically told him that I would find him there and we would hang out together since I don't know anyone else who is going. I want to turn this into a date. How can I do this? Without flat out asking him (I just cannot do that) how can I give the sign that after the gallery, I want to hang out alone if you catch my drift. Please help! Why not ask him if you can go together to..umm..I don't know..save on gas? That way you sorta have to hang out afterward, something as simple as "why don't we go for a cup of coffee?" |
