I have to say I kind of agree with Vargas on this one. NO I dont think he should have done it, but where was everyone worrying about this starving dog until he tied it up? Kinda hypocritical... Report It

i saw this one picture of a starving dog, it looked like a greyhound or some short haired sight hound. the picture looked artistic and made you think, but i still thought it was wrong. i don't know the detail of the picture(if the dog was forcefully starved or found that way), it was sad and i thought it was stupid for some one to display it on their myspace.

To me and the majority of people .. it's cruelty....

I might consider seeing Mr Vargas behind bars .. in prison uniform, eating bread and water, as a form of art ... if not .. at least JUSTICE.
