DRESS HELP!!! what should i wear??? please help!!!! it's for an art gallery premiere?? READ DETAILS!!!!!

i'm in 9th grade (14) and i have some art pieces going into a gallery. i need to wear an all black dress for the opening. here's an idea, but could someone please help me plan an putfit with shoes, dress, jewelry, etc. that's not to expensive. please!!!! thank you sooo much!!! pleasse inclulde pics and links!!!

Okay well I say go with the second. It looks older and more sophisticated. You'll be taken more seriously :) Now, if you go with it, I say go with simple black shoes, either heels or not. Round toe is a really cute look with the dress. And some simple jewelry. Maybe stud earrings and a bracelet. I'd say silver, it looks super nice with the colors of the dress! If you decide to go with the first though, go with either gold or silver shoes with matching jewelry. Good luck! And have fun :)

well if your going to an art gallery you have to wear something thats unique,artsy,elegant,and adorable which is what the 2nd dress has written all over it as for shoes wear wedges and a cute long pearl necklace you can get anywhere like at wetseal or claires for cheap and also get a simple bracelet that matches the necklace;you can look for the wedges at payless for cheap if you want because they do have some pretty cute heels there,hope i've helped in someway lol try looking at an artist called "Black Rain" the styles so vintage and cute,lol and congrats on your work making it into the gallery,im more of a photographer and am studying fine arts anyways good luck!

I like the second one, but you said that it needs to be all black...so, the first one is cute and would be perfect for a gallery premiere. Make sure you add some funky jewelry, maybe some large bangles in a nice plum color, with flats or a kitten-heel slingback shoe in the same color. You could do some chunky faux-diamond stud earrings to glam it up a bit.

The first dress is definetly better suited for the showing. It's fancy but not too much and the bottom is pretty. To go with it I wouldn't wear too much jewelry, maybe a longish necklace that is simple and not too chunky. For shoes a pair of wedges that are colorful and have different fabric textures would be cool. Overall your outfit should be simple but have cute details that pop.

and wear black peeptoe flats
and as for your hair, loosely curl is and wear it down with a thin silver head band.

no jewelry, it can look a big gaudy

with a messy pulled back bun with a few curls in you eyes
wear colorful tights and a light silver necklace
if u want to wear a clutch in silver

if u have a plain stuck to your body dress go for BIG curly hair is the dress has much volume tone the hair down!
