I am planning to use these reproductions to study Academic Art, Classical Realism, and Naturalist oil painting. In paritcular I am looking for the Laocoon Mask. The best place to aquire plaster casts of antique sculpture is Giust Gallery in Wobern, MA. http://www.giustgallery.com/ The owner's name is Bob Sure, very nice guy. His replications are the best I have seen anywhere. The casts have very subtle forms and he is wonderful to work with. On the web site Bob gives a history of where the molds come from.
