What do you think of my latest get rich quick scheme?

I get a bunch of chimps to paint "abstract art".
I make up a french name for the "artist"
I open a gallery in some cheap retail space - serve a lot of brie and white wine.
I get a bunch of shills to buy my "art" at for thousands of dollars.
I refund the money to my shills minus the tax burden incurred.
I recruit a shill in the media to review my "art"
I wait until the general public starts paying those same high prices and me and my shills split it and LIVE LARGE.

Just a fantasy. Think it will work?
