Prabha Shah is a New Delhi based artist. She happens to be deaf since birth. Though an accomplished artist, being disabled she does not know how to go about marketing her works, increasing visitors to her webiste, contacting galleries, auction houses and other modern means of publicity and shall appreciate help from Yahoo Users.
