Where can I find a site that can host my art work? |
As a starving artist I am looking for a site that offers free virtual gallery space... I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but try http://www.deviantart.com/ . Try deviantART.com or Flickr.com DeviantART is definitely a good site. They offer free print services, depending the resolution of your scanned pieces. If you use a site like myspace or really any website...you are giving away all your rights of your art work to that website and they can do whatever they want with your art work and they can even sell it without your permission and you wont get a dime out of it...like if you put your artwork on your myspace page...your art becomes owned by myspace...when you sign up for a myspace account they make you agree to it...it's in the fine print lol. If you dont care if anyone takes credit for your artwork then it's no big deal. |
