What are the best things to do in Madrid?

I'm going to be there for a week in July. Please recommend nightclubs, restaurants, museums, art galleries, etc.

-Visit Museo del Prado
-Reina Sof铆a Museum
-Tour the Royal Palace
-Thyssen-Borerenismza Museum
-Visit the Opera
-Visit Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol
-Visit Parque del Buen Retiro
-Visit little towns near Madrid:Alcal谩 de Henares,Toledo,Segovia,Ávila,A... are beautiful and have good restaurants.Renember eat tapas and Cayos(it麓s cow stomach)called panza.

Good caf茅s and clubs in Madrid are:
-Caf茅 Central
-To eat tapas:Mes贸n Cinco Jotas and Tasco,they are in Paseo de la Castellana(near Santiago Bernabeu stadium).
-Macumba,Nasti,Cool and Maxime are very good clubs in Madrid.
