This guy I have been talking to off a dating site, maybe for a little over a week asked for my phone number. So I gave it to him in an email today. The thing is he just now called me and with out even letting me know he was going to call. So, I didnt even answer it. I thought it was kinda rude on his part thinking like I was going to be home or answer the phone without even knowing if he was going to call me at all. He called me while I was at an art gallery socializing. so I just let it ring. I figured I will just send him a text message tomorrow. So, what would you all do? I would tell him that I didn't have my cell on me and I would tell him to tell me that he would call, so that I would know when he would call me and not interupt me rudely..... you gave him your number, what did you expect? well when i guy asks for your phone number, that usually means hes going to call. idk about you, but i dont email or text someone and say 'im gonna call you' Well, you're the idiot. You give someone your # that means they can call you anytime they want...I mean, hello I don't find it rude. If he asked for your number, it makes sense that he'd be calling you. I would call him back when I had time later, if I liked him. You gave him your number which pretty much gives him the right to call you. I don't think you should hold it against him that he did without asking, do you email your friends before you call them? I would take it as a compliment... first off, it shows that he is really interested in you and second, it was bold of him to make such a big move. Good Luck on the relationship!
