Which episodes of The L Word should I watch? |
As you might know, I'm doing a project on The L Word, and its impact on our society and culture. I've watched most of the show, but I need to re-watch certain episodes and take detailed notes. Due to time constraints, I really only have time to watch 4-6 episodes. I need the names of episodes that deal with social issues. Specifically, which one has the "human chain" around the art gallery? Which other ones do you suggest I watch (I know I need to watch the pilot, but which others should I watch?) Thanks! "The Pilot" wherein you were introduced to the two lesbian couples (Bette and Tina) who are trying to make a baby by finding a perfect sperm donor (and use artificial insemination afterwards to conceive a child) "Let's Do It" wherein Jenny, a straight girl, starts to develop an attraction to a gorgeous French bar owner named Marina. "Lawfully" wherein Tim discovers the Marina-Jenny affair and decides to break up with Jenny because of her sexual preference even if they've been together for so long I don't know which episode is that when Bette has a debate with this middle-aged fundamentalist with regard to the moral and social implications of Provocations. But if you can find that episode, you can use that too because it is really insightful. Welp, it sounds to me like you were supposed to be watching all along,taking notes on each episode and BOTCHED it and are now trying to get info. here. Sorry, Charlie... your going to have to do research on the web! Sorry but I'm stuck there. I think go with Ava. She has it down, and ignore Lulu/Doris. Her 'college-educated boyfriend' dumped her for someone younger. |
