Anyone in Sydney, can you tell me some cool things to do there on holiday?

I've been there once a couple of years ago to see Radiohead, and I did a lot of the tourist-y things like the Opera House, saw the Bridge, the Chinese Garden and Darling Harbour, Botanic Gardens, Taronga zoo, Paddy's markets... I'm going there in a few weeks and I would like to know if there are any other things that I should see. Is the Powerhouse Museum worth seeing? I intend to go to the Art gallery this time.
I want to see/do beautiful/interesting things, not go partying or anything, so suggestions of good clubs etc. won't be helpful to me.
Thanks : )

The Power House Museum is great. What about a day trip to the Blue Mountains (about 2hrs drive or take the train - really pretty) and you could also do a trip to the Hunter Valley winerys. And there is Kiama down south - big natural blowhole and gorgeous lighthouse. Or you could go bushwalking or drive to Berry and Kangaroo Valley for some scenery.
Loads of things! Have a great trip, but you must eat a meat pie floater from Harrys Pie Cart - great!
Take a boat tour of the Harbour. Climb the Harbor Bridge. Go to the Aquarium. Have a pint of Lord Nelson's Blood and a pie & chips at the Lord Nelson Brewery & Pub - very relaxed & wonderful way to spend an hour or two in the evening.
Went there in August. Have too much fun - I'm so jealous!
Gone to the Aquarium? Or Rocks Markets? if you've "been there, done That" look on yahoo from something like ' tourist attractions in Sydney.' or 'art in Sydney'
Go to all the beaches, it really encompasses what australia is all about. They love their beaches and on a nice sunny day, it'll be packed even though it's a weekday. Try the Bondi to Coogee walk and get to see two of the most popular beaches in a day. Also try Royal National Park for nice picturesque views.
The Powerhouse Museum is worth the trip.

You could rent a car to go places like the Mrs Macquarie's Chair (where most postcards showing the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge in the background were shot), or the Observatory where you could get real close to the Harbour Bridge.

You can also go across to the North Sydney. There is an area just beneath the Bridge on the other side which is ideal for picnic and offers a great view of the whole South Sydney shoreline.

There's also the flea market at Paddington for some shopping experience.

Have fun!
Bondi and Manly beach are great
