Should I date a guy who may be a criminal? |
I've never had a bf before and i just moved to chicage for a graet new job at an art gallery. So I meet this guy through a friend, and we start to spend a lot of time together. We usually hang about my place watching tv and relaxing. He' s few years older than I am (he's 28, i'm 25). So far I really like him, and I believe that the feeling is mutual. However , recently my friend invited me over for lunch and told me that my beau's family is known to be involved in organized crime. He is so cool, and possibly a great catch, but the last thing I need is some tony soprano type of guy. Should I leave him alone or just flow with it until I can verify her story? I know that it is unnatural for someone my age to not have dated anyone ever and I should maybe stick it out, but I don't want to be involved with someone who engages in bad things either. Before you make any decisions find out if what your friend said about this guy is true...right now all it really is is gossip so find out the truth..possibly from him...Talk to him because if its untrue you dont want to give up on a great guy especially when you are trying to get expierience dating! No if you dump him he will possibly kill you or your family depending on the crime it dont matta wat hes done.its who he is dat counts.wateva hes done n da past makes him who he is rite now.just do wat u gotta do. Just from reading your question all I can say is if you want to be a criminal too. Birds flock together when they are alike. i think you should definately verify, and see if he is involved in it, if he is or even if you can't verify it and think he may be, then i definately wouldn't date him, maybe you could be friends still, but you need to be careful, that wouldn't be good if something bad happened to you. also, since this is your first bf, then maybe the excitement of it is making you think that he is a good catch, there are better fish in the sea my love that aren't involved in crime. find yourself a real good kind hearted guy and don't get yourself into trouble with criminal guys Get out of thatt relationship...or else you will be at tha bottom of the bay wearing concrete shoes....
