this girl i met that works part time at an art gallery i was at-she works there part time- were talking and she asked me how much i knew about art. i was truthful, i know nothing, she didn't seem surprised for some reason. she told me she doesn't see a lot of young guys that do. but she looks like she's around my age that's what's so funny. she said she bets she's older than myself. i don't know about that. i'm 21. she's well and dresses casual, and i do mean casual. the only thing i know for sure is she's about 5'7, which is an inch taller than myself. who is older would you say? we'll see. she is id say her since she is working in a art gallery not many young chiks work at art gallerys you know Well I dont even know how you both look like, so how am I suppose to know, genius.................. Really, one is unable to tell from a description. She definitely sounds like she is done growing, but I, personally, couldn't begin to guess without a picture. Sorry... Try asking her how old she thinks you are. When she tells you her guess, it should give you an indication of how old she is. If not, ask her to reciprocate(personally, I wouldn't unless she seems really young. It seems the females get age-sensitive...) and that should get you your answer! I smoked when I was 25 (I don't now) I went into the store to get a pack of cigarettes. The clerk actually laughed at me, so I showed her my ID. She apologized. She said she thought I was 16. Looks can be deceiving. Being more knowledgeable in the subject and more mature in expressing herself about it doesn't give her the right to assume that she is older. i think that her attitude is really snobby i.e. she has an "i know more than u so i am older" attitude, kinda like the one an older sibling gets,what you need to let her know is that in spite of the fact that she knows more about it than u, she needs to share her 'wealth' of knowledge with you instead of pushing your gnorance of the topic in your face. |
