Recommendation for Gallery鈥檚 for Selling Antiques and Antiquities?
I鈥檓 looking for a reputable gallery to sell my mother-in-law鈥檚 antiques and antiquities. She has a wide collection of pieces including statues and sculptures of marble, bisque, gold, and bronze from all over the world. Once piece is from between 300 and 400 B.C. and it鈥檚 marble in very good condition. Also, she has a Greek vase from the third century in extremely good condition and it tells a story through the designs. She also has furniture, Asian art, an ivory handle real samurai sword, ect. She鈥檚 looking to sell most of her collection. We鈥檙e working with one gallery in NY and have been waiting two years to sell some pieces without even a nibble; I think we鈥檙e getting ripped off. I need help please of any recommendations for high end antiques and antiquities gallery? Thanks so much.
