A Question about Gallery Attire?

I'm starting a new job at an upscale gallery that sells artistry jewelry, sculptures, and art. I was told to show up tomorrow in "gallery appropriate attire." I know what that means; the problem is, I don't have a great deal of dressy clothing now that I'm pregnant and nothing fits. Do you think I could get by with jeans, heels and a nice shirt until I have a chance to get some nicer outfits?

No, I'm sorry. I know you can dress up jeans and well I live in them except for gallery's. At least get a nice pair of trousers or dress pants. Just one if you have to that fits ok and you feel comfortable in. But I'm sure you can get by with a nice shirt with dress pants. I'm sorry to bring you bad news Source(s): Artist, internship in art museum
Um no lol no jeans. The artwork is the focus you should be wearing neutrals mabey off white and black. Keep is sexy but not to revealing.
