Where can i sell my paintings besides art galleries? |
i tried many places but nothing works? no ebay please well you could sell you paintings on the street. put up a stand and make your papper. hey dude if ur paintings r really good then try in some stores in m g road their is good art gallery (which is situated after symphony theatre & before gangarams book store....) Or else try in garuda mall......their is a art gallery you can try I am not sure abt any places but their 1 more beuaty ful place in mysore i dont know the exact place & name...... but its the famous art gallery i hope that u get a amount for ur painting....... if i know any other place i surely mail u ............ bye... All the best........ Does your city have a Saturday Market during the late summer and early fall? Is there any kind of indoor, year round flea market close to you where you rent a space to sell items? How about asking a dentist, doctor, hospital, or grocer if you can display your work on their walls with discreet cards with the appropriate informtion tucked into the picture frame? They get free wall decorations and you get a place to display your work. You could even offer them a percentage of your sales. Why not watch for club meetings in the paper and calling to ask them if you could give a showing at their meeting? Why not have a display set up in your home? If you wanted to you could make it a showing with invitations. well...if you dont wanna use ebay there are alot of other online galleries u could use...i like artwanted.com alot.....maybe you have a local art group u could join and do shows locally and possibly win awards....check out artdeadlineslist.com for international art oppertunities....you could ask your local library or resturants if they would let u hang some work...heck you could even walk down the street asking stracnges to buy sketches and hand out business cards....consider marketing...no diffrent than selling anything else Try BoundlessGallery.com or ArtBoost.com or ArtByUs.com The last two are auction sites, but you also have the option to list your work at a fixed price. |
