How can i find a paid job in a museum or gallery as a first year history of art student?
As an art history major myself, its a little hard to swallow, but that just doesn't exist, that is unless you happen to know some really great people in great places. As a matter of fact even as a graduate it is difficult to get an unpaid internship. You may be lucky though. Best you can do is participate in symposiums and lectures, work for free, do what you have to do. Its a tough degree to carry so you really have to work hard to get anywhere with it.
