Are there any UK art galleries that sell Joanny ltd edition signed prints. The I/Net seems only to show galleries in America. Apperently he lives in Provence.....can't find French fine art galleries that sell him. can anyone help or have I defeated the whole of the internet community!!! First of all, any artist who only uses one name for himself is pretentious, living in the past and is not taken seriously in the art world. Secondly, his work is only mediocre and decorative. Since you're only looking for a print however, it really shouldn't matter what country has them. Shipping a rolled print in a tube overseas is not expensive. what bout the louvre in france? The name doesn't ring a bell, sorry. Is it his first or second name? The only thing I can think of that you haven't mentioned is international Yellow Pages, or Business Directories for the area you think he lives in. We live in a World not just a country and as someone has said it doesn't matter who is turning out the prints of this guy - you can get them easily by post. He is a good artist and is worth attention. |
