Yes! There are several. In fact, you can sell your photos through most of them. If you just want to create a "photo album," try flickr.com which is the hottest photo album site these days.

If you want to sell your art too, there are plenty of sites. Right now I can only think of istockphoto.com.

Search the internet with keyword "sell photo" "photo album" "sell art" to find the sites you need. Source(s): Been there, done that.
