Question about interior design?

I'm a teenage guy, 15 years old, and I have bare walls, I'm looking to put some art/photography/posters on my wall, I want it to be sophisticated/classy but not too uppity and high class making me look like a snob.. I have dark wood furniture, night stand, bed, and dresser.. What could I put on my walls to go with that and not cost too much? I was thinking vintage movie posters or black and white photos, all of it framed... What do you think?

I like the black and white photos idea. If you have some pictures of your own, you can just go to Staples and get them copied into black and white. A lot of stores are starting to have their holiday sales now so you could probably get some good deals on black frames.

I think the framed black and white prints will work better than the posters since they will be framed and can be done so inexpensively. If you really want some posters in the mix, check out art.com for the posters, but look elsewhere for the frames ( a place like sendaframe.com).

I think that you need to take a look at art.com or allposters.com. The selections are almost endless. They are not too pricey either. If you register they will send you emails about specials and sales.

i totally agree with the allposters thing. I have so many neat things from there, all black and white.

ansel adams does some awesome black and white photos you can get posters at allposter .com and frame them in cheap black frames from walmart
