Need help with photoshop, certain editing techniques?

I have a art concentration thats due soon and I am doing photography. I need help on how to create special effects as in the photos below. I have circled in red what I wish to learn how to do, thanks!

Dude this is such a shame, the art of photography is becoming so misunderstood...........

The effects you have circled are due to lights not photoshoping, use 100iso, F8 @ 8-15 seconds and you will get the same "effects" as you linked us to. - use a tripod and a camera

They arent PS they are from night exposures, light trails, light reflecting off puddles et cetera..............use a camera to get the "effect"

The car shot is PS, the first 2 arent, the last one is called "light writing" - also in camera

thank you to the person above me! Too many peopel think that these streaks are CREATED with editing. In realty its a long exposure while something moves across the camera plane of view. there a lot of ways to do and tons of fun!
