Do you have any suggestions for art hobbies?

I am talented at Art but i don't know what to do with it.Are there
any classes I could take to get back in the swing.I miss using
my art as theraphy,I would like a basic approach,then build
back up to where i use to be in my Art.Maybe even Photography.

I personally love photography and the use of color and light. Pottery is amazing too.

Have you ever tried sketching.
This is different than drawing.
Time yourself 15 min max to sketch an object or a place outside like a building or a street. Try to get the major lines down first then come in with midtones like shade. Then bring in your darkest tones with shadows. Dont forget trees cars and things like this.

pump them out over and over and it will start to happen.
dont worry if they look bad its all subjective.

basics to remember foreground middelground and background.

get photoshop and a scanner this is alot of fun you can do all kinds of montage stuff with things that you scan in.

also for classes look for creative arts centers in your area.
