What's a good red lipstick for a photoshoot?

I have a uniquely long tongue that a photographer loves for his work. We did a photoshoot of it in the past. Almost all the pics are close up shots. He wants to do another shoot of my tongue again but this time with a deep/dark red or black lipstick and clear gloss. What's a good red lipstick for me? I'm chinese (but live in california to clear up any confusion). Sometimes this photographer tends to have a dark style of photography. If it helps, you can see my pictures on my myspace: www.myspace.com/jewnumber 2 (no space)

Also, what color eyeshadow best coordinates with the red lipstick? I wear browns, gold, purples, green, and sometimes black contour color as I've been told suit me best but I dunno which of those to choose to look best with the red lipstick. Thanks. The eyeshadow isn't as important as the lipstick but sometimes he'll shoot close up shots of my face too. It's going to be a fine art shoot..so basically really artsy as opposed to headshots or glamour

It will be helpful if you can include pictures of the color(s). Thanks!

I would use a MAC red like Russian Red, MAC Red or Ruby Woo. They are all beautiful, true reds. You can add a clear gloss on to if he wants a shine. http://www.maccosmetics.com/templates/pr... I would use a soft neutral eyeshadow like MAC Shroom or Rice Paper. Rice Paper has a bit more yellow to it. http://www.maccosmetics.com/templates/pr... try it with some black liquid or gel eyeliner on the top lash line.

Do you have the model discount at MAC? That will save your 30%. If not and you don't want to spend that much money, L'Oreal has some good reds at the drugstore ...

dior

if it's for "dark style" something artsy, try reddish black, ya know, like goth lipstick =)

that would look really awesome wth the results you are seeking =)
