I want to just submit photographs.
But I don't know if the site is strictly drawings or can be open to photography.
And is it easy to delete an account if it turns out I don't like it? Thanks a lot! I'm excited to get started!

Lots of people only have photography and they have many other categories as well. You don't have to draw.
Also, you can delete it anytime. Firstly, you do not need to draw to submit stuff to deviant art.
However, I used to be on that site and now am not. Reason: if I read their policy correctly, it basically said that anything you upload to them is in turn theirs... therefore they have the rights to print whatever of your stuff they choose (now, how often would that happen... but still). Also, contrary to the answer already on here: I was looking to close my account because of said policy and there is no way you can do that. Which, to me, seems phishy. They claimed that many people want to delete their account, but come back to it later, so they make you just keep it. |
