other than Deviant Art and Photo.net http://www.thecorruptedcanvas.com/
Although it's very small, the members are really active, and most offer some pretty good critique. definately trekearth.com TE is the best photography site I've ever seen (combined with it's two sister sites, Trek Lens, and Trek Nature, which there are links to in TE's main page). From what I've seen there, there are a lot of professional photographers who post their work up, post photomanipulations of theirs, and offer proffessional critiques and help on just about anything you could possibly think about asking for in photography. Trekearth focuses on "learning about the world through photography," Treklens focuses on "learning about photography through the world" (the best bet if you're looking for good critiques on style/methods for both traditional photography and photomanipulation), and Treknature focuses on "Learning about nature through photography."
