Help me surprise my girlfriend - the queen of surprises herself! :)?

My girlfriend is as perfect as can be&we are madly in love. She always thinks of the best gifts for everyone&the gifts are always thoughtful and such a pleasant surprise for everyone.
She graduates from college on June 8th and I have got to come up with a surprise gift that is outrageous enough to match her surprises as she has worked so incredibly hard this year. We live in England, I in Brighton (on the sea) and she in Durham (near Newcastle). She loves art, photography, R. Kelly and Robbie Williams, travelling, wine&cheese, adventure (afraid of heights but loves to be scared), scary movies, going out to eat, laughing, going out clubbing til 8 in the morning, the beach, the sun, reading the news (addicted to it actually), chick rock, R&B, Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake (she surprised me yesterday by taking me to his concert in Newcastle....you see what I mean?). My girlfriend is full of life&energy and loves me with a passion. I have GOT to find the perfect surprise...help me pls!

Aw thats sweet. Have a romantic picnic, maybe on the beach if it's not too cold, drink wine and eat cheese, , surprise her with jewels and give her a massage, then rent out a cosy cottage or hotel room somewhere with a jacuzzi, or make a bed on the beach and stay there the night.

make a big billboard of " WILL YOU MARRY ME and her name" and with a ring in your hands..! thats a huge surprise.. im sure she will love it!
