This is for a records management class. The business name is: "That's My Baby" Photography
Would it be coded as each word indexed separately (That's/My/Baby/Photography) or the words in quotation marks as a single unit (ThatsMyBaby/Photography) ??
I hope this makes sense to SOMEONE. Thanks! Maybe I worded this question wrong. It has to do with filing. I need to know how to file that business card.
1) That's/My/Baby/Photography
2) That'sMyBaby/Photography
That diagonal marks separate the key units, which are used to file the card. It would make a huge differenence in a filing cabinet of many names that start with the letters 'thats'. I just need to know if punctuation (quotation marks) are disregarded in this sort of situation. Anyone know? Depends on the state.
When you say code, I'm not sure what you mean. A FEIN number would allow you to call it whatever you want. I guess my question is , why would it matter? Are you worried about something that i'm not seeing? |
