Looking for an "ultra compact" digital camera. At least 7.0 megapixels and under $200. Where should i buy?

So i've recently been shopping around online for an ultra compast, as they call them, digital camera. I prefer at least 7.0 megapixels and a price under $200. It seems as if Walmart has the best prices for these types of cameras, and i was just looking for suggestions where else i could buy one for reasonable price. Also and suggestions reguarding brands would be greatly appreciated.
