Digital camera help plllz?

i need someone to tell me what is the best digital camera to get under 150 $ , with audio recording with voice 6 megapixels i checked everywhere but when i got to the costumer rating , something is bas about it .

Try the Canon A540 you can catch it on sale for that price..
