What is the best program for converting a digital video camera into a webcam?

I don't have a webcam so I was trying to figure out how to turn my video camera into one. If anyone has any tips, they will be greatly appreciated, Thank You!

my camera came with the pogram to do that, look at your owner's manuel or look up you camera on the internet

If it is a video cam then it should be pretty straight forward, you might just need to go to your cams manufacturer's website and see if there is anything on there. Considering cams only cost $20 australian there is really no reason to not buy one.
