What is the best program to improve color in video taken by digital camera?

all my videos in the sun are red

please note this is video,i cant use Picasa for this job,still photos only was repaired by Picasa,

Sound like there is a problem with the camera.

Most cameras have auto color temp adjust and adjust the color so it appears to be as close to white as possible. That's called white balance. See if it is on auto.

Google's PICASA
its a free software and is really really good for imnproving colors and quality of the photos

if you are professional then use Adope Photoshop, if not try using ACD SEE, its free to try, and it do every thing automatically.
