What is the best and most reasonable priced digital camera with an LCD screen?

please tell me the make and the price range.. thanks! :]

I was looking for a price range between 200-350 at the highest. I dont really want it to take real photography, just pictures of me and my friends, concerts and things like that.

I agree with the first answer that ratings on the internet are a good place to start, or Consumer Guide. You really should elaborate about what your budget and shooting style is, IE, what do you shoot most often, so it will be easier for us to help. Some cameras are better for group shots or panoramic outdoor shots, in that they have a wider angle lens than others, and some have more shutter speed options, so they are better for sports or capturing fast movement.
