What is the best quality waterproof digital camera?

dont look for a camera that is waterproof out of the box because they suck!

buy a good one, then buy a waterproof and shockproof shell. then you can dive up to like 50 feet and still be fine, whearas waterproof cameras are crappy and only waterproof to about 5 feet
