What's the best and affordable digital camera-LESS THAN $130- 4+ DIG ZOOM?

I bought my very first one in December from Wal Mart. The whole set up was 150.00, a littel more than you are asking about. It it alreadyset up for the computer, came with tri pod and user friendly. Just what I needed. It is a Fugifilm Finepix 4.1 Mega Pixels. It is well worth the money I paid.
