What is the best pocketable digital camera as far as pictures and movie quality is concerned?

Emphasis on Movies. perhaps 6 mp minimum for stills, but which one, as far as you guys know, also has a great movie mode. Condition: i have to be able to keep it with me always, thence, pocketable :) thanks

This is currently the best camera of the class you are looking for and it performs almost as well as some full sized cameras (pocket cameras all have certain problems associated with them and this is minimized in this top of the line model). If you are looking for the best pocket camera, this is it. However, the best costs money. This camera will run you about $500.

for 130 dollars I picked one up from radio schack, just to get an idea what is going on.
I was surprised at the quality but, the movie file size is so big, I would need to find a converter to reduce them if I wanted to upload to internet.

You have to be content with no viewfinder, which was sacrificed for the larger LCD screen. If you must have a viewfinder, there is the SD700 with image stabilization or the SD600, which is slightly cheaper.
