What is the best digital camera in the 5 megapixel and priced from 200 to 250 dollar range?

Kodak EasyShare is what I bought a few years ago. I paid $240 including the dock from Costco. It is a remarkable little point-and-shoot camera with 5 MP resolution and 3X zoom. The only things I don't like are the 3X limitation and the EasyShare is difficult to move photos and metadata files to another computer. Picture quality is extrordinary.

I'm now using Canon 20D 8.2mp with Photoshop and never use the Kodak any longer.
