Which is the best Digital camera under Rs:10,000/=-?

Look for a Canon A540. Good camera. If you can save up, get one of the newer Canon IXUS models.

Another option, get one from the US (much cheaper). If you have any friends coming to the US, have them buy the camera and bring it back. The A540 is around (Rs 6500 or $150). You can easily get a higher model for around 10,000. Just a thought...
