Well, i did not state a price range since i wanted the answer at any price ... Assuming you don't want to break the bank, it also depends on how many megapixels you want. You can get a 4 megapixel camera with a 10x optical zoom starting around $300. A 5 Megapixel camera with a 10x optical zoom will run you around $400 and one with 12x will run around $500. And then there are Digital SLR cameras which start at $630. I can't reccomend any specific camera because all you mentioned was the zoom you made no mention of aditional features such as if you wanted manual exposure settings or not.
