What is the best digital camera that can shoot moving and still pictures..?

..that does not cost too much? I want to be able to make videos, not just for one minute, and I alos want to be able to take pictures when I want to. Thank you.

ALL digital cameras these days can shoot video as well as still pictures. the video quality isn't necessarily as good as that from a video camera though.

You need to be a bit more specific about your needs other than 'not too expensive'. If you're just looking for a compact camera- I like to recommend the Fuji F20 which offers amazing image quality and low light capability for ~$150. The panasonic FX01 (or similar) gives you image stabilization and a wide angle, 28mm lens which are both great features for about $220. But - this is far from an exhaustive list of the many fine digital cameras that are available today.

There are also some compact cameras that offer a bit more zoom - although you sacrafice just a tad of image quality.
