Which is the best digital camera based on price and features?

The latest Canon seems to provide very good value. They have big LCD screens and many features that use to only exist on Pro-Consumer cameras.

i've got a Hewlitt Packard and it was only $99.00...and it's a 5 megapixel which is really really good...but when ya zoom in to the last box, the picture comes out blurry, but as long as ya want a close up shot, it's the best. features...it's got video, but no sound on the camera til ya download it on the computer. that's about it.
