Whats the best digital camera that takes action pics without having those annoying blurs?

Your question is very vague being that there are so many different cameras out there.

Being that we don't know your price range, it's really hard to make any specific recommendations. However, what you want to basically look for is a camera with an "Action" setting. Some cameras refer to it as a "Childrens" setting being that kids never sit still.

Those blurs are a result of a slow shutter speed. The reason why a camera wants to use a slow shutter speed is cause there's not enough light so it has to compensate by leaving the shutter open for a longer period of time to allow more light in over time.

Just know that you don't have to spend a lot of money for this "Action" setting. Even the cheap cameras have this setting. Good luck.

I just thought of this. The blur could be a result of you moving the camera when you take the picture. I knew this lady who used to physically move the camera everytime she pressed the shutter button. Keep the camera as sturdy as possible when taking pics.
