Which digital camera brand has the best image stabilization technology?

Canon invented IS and Nikon has caught up with VR (Vibration Reduction) technology. These two are the best, IMHO. Whatever you use, make sure it is OPTICAL stabilization. Some companies market digital image stabilization, which sucks. Cheers.

I had a Minolta A1 and its stabilization worked very well.

Panasonic, check out the Lumix line, all of them feature image stabalization. I got my Lumix DMC-FX8K 5MP, 3x optical zoom for $230.

Cannon. They invented image stabilization and make the best lenses to date. Do expect to pay a bit more but the results are much superior to generic brands.
