When is a digital camera's pixel quality @ its best quality?

If the pixel qaulity is 3.2 is that good?

If it has a RAW setting, that is its highest quality.

If not, if it has a TIFF setting, that is its highest quality.

If it doesn't have either of those, then the biggest jpeg setting is the highest quality. Some cameras have a "Very Fine" jpeg setting, others only have a "Fine" setting.

"Med" or "Medium" jpeg is lower quality than "Fine"

"Low" jpeg is the lowest quality setting.

With an amateur photographer a digital camera 3,2 mpx is very nice picture size 4x6 already,but if you get 5mpx up is perfectly for picture 5x7 and larger so do not worry and i would reccomment CANON,NIKKON are the best digital camera out there!CANON SD630,,,SD800,SD900 or SD750(NOT SD1000)!

Good enough for an acceptable 8x10
