What's the best place to get a digital camera for less than $200?

I already have a really bad camera that takes horrible pictures, and I want to know where to get one that takes good pictures for under $200.

I got mine at American TV, it rocks (except it's slow film) but they have good cameras! p.s. hey sammie

Every store sells good and bad cameras. You dont need a better store, you need to do your homework and make better decsions. For research, there are a ton of good sites like www.dpreview.com

Go to Circuitcity.com and check out the reviews before going in. I bought a Panasonic Lumix from there and it's awsome. They always have good deals.

go to http://www.zdnet.com and look at the review for the camera that you want. then go to http://www.pricegrabber.com to get the cheapest one by comparing the prices with online retailers.

All the sites people above me are great ( except the cornor one ) but it really depends on the model and the time. Altleast try 5 sites and then compare, cause some sites are more expensive but they will include carrying bag and stuff so you really to look around to find the best deal
